Courtney Phillips

Courtney Phillips is an experienced professional with a diverse background spanning various industries. Currently serving as a Teaching Assistant at Mt. Horeb PreSchool since August 2023, Courtney has also held the position of Vice President of Growth and Development at Capitol Presence since February 2015, overseeing federal and commercial contracts within Health and Human Services and the Department of Defense. Responsibilities include leading training program design, developing marketing plans, and fostering global partnerships. Additional roles include Board Member for the Baltimore Board of Women’s Officials since 2005, a Real Estate Agent at JLA Realty from May 2017 to January 2020, and a Sales and Leasing Agent at Progress Residential® briefly in 2016. Courtney's early career included an Administrative Support Assistant role at Sports Mancave, LLC. Educational qualifications include a Real Estate License from Champions School of Real Estate and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from the Community College of Baltimore County in Massage Therapy.
