Miguel Pabon

Miguel Pabon currently serves as the Assistant Superintendent at CREC since June 2023, following a role as Director of Pupil Services at Waterbury Public Schools from April 2021 to June 2023. Prior to that, Miguel held the same title at Windham Public School District from November 2016 to April 2021 and served as Supervisor of Special Education & Pupil Services at CREC from October 2009 to November 2016. Miguel's career in education also includes various positions at Hartford Public Schools, including Supervisor of Special Education, Assistant Principal at Kinsella Magnet School of the Arts, Coordinator of Psychological Services, and School Psychologist, spanning from September 1996 to October 2009. Miguel holds a 6th year degree in Educational Leadership from Central Connecticut State University, an M.S. in School Psychology and a C.A.G.S. in School Psychology from Northeastern University, a BFA from the University of Connecticut, and graduated from Warren Harding High School in Connecticut.
