Ida James M.s.

Ida James, M.S., SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources, training, and development spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as Forms Librarian at Capitol Services, Inc. since 2007, Ida has led significant HR projects, including the comprehensive re-write of the company Employee Manual. Prior roles include Instructional Designer at Sears Holdings Corporation, where curriculum management for national call center training was a focus, and Learning & Development Supervisor at AMD, overseeing logistical support for the Austin Learning Center. Additional experience includes consulting with ANDERS HRD CONSULTING, coordinating job placement initiatives at Blinn College, and management roles at Foley's Department Store. Ida holds a Master of Science in Occupational Education - Human Resources Development and a Bachelor of Science in Business Technology with a Minor in Education from the University of Houston.
