Ryan Diggs

Ryan Diggs is a highly experienced security professional currently serving as the Security Lieutenant and Durham Operations Manager at Capitol Special Police since September 2023, overseeing operations in Durham, NC, and managing a vehicle fleet of 15 patrol vehicles. Previously, Ryan held various positions at York Properties, culminating as Assistant Director of Security, where responsibilities included oversight of approximately 100 security personnel and state-mandated training. Additional experience includes roles as a Volunteer in the Patrol Division at Raleigh Police Department and Worship Coordinator at Gethsemane Evangelical Lutheran Church. Ryan’s leadership capabilities were also demonstrated as President of Gethsemane Evangelical Lutheran Church from 2015 to 2017. Ryan holds a high school diploma from New Bern High School, class of 2007.
