Ninni Hietaniemi

Ninni Hietaniemi is an experienced investment manager currently working at CapMan since February 2020, previously holding the position of investment associate. Ninni serves as a board member at Forenom and Netox, with prior roles as board observer at both companies. Additionally, Ninni is a board observer for Pharmia Oy. Previous experiences include serving as a strategy analyst at Fortum and as an associate in the Deals Strategy team at PwC Suomi, alongside roles at IBM and Nordea Markets. Ninni holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Aalto University, where research focused on e-commerce personalization, in addition to a Bachelor of Science in Information Networks from the same institution.
