Stephanie Hopper is an accomplished talent management professional with extensive experience in coaching, facilitation, and leadership development. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Management Practice at Cappfinity since September 2021, Stephanie utilizes strengths-based approaches and technology to enhance client talent lifecycles. Previous roles include Director of Development Solutions at Cappfinity Ltd and Founder & Head of Talent at The Geek People, a consultancy focused on solving people-related challenges for businesses. Stephanie has also worked as an Associate Coach for The Mind Gym and established a consultancy offering tailored coaching and training sessions. With a career that began at Thomson Reuters, where numerous management roles were held, Stephanie holds a Master's degree in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of East London.
