Mishra Shushant

Mishra Shushant has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They started their career as a Construction Engineer at the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) in February 2018. After that, they worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Tech Mahindra Business Process Services from January 2019 to May 2019. They then transitioned into the field of talent acquisition and recruitment, joining NLB Services as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in July 2019. At NLB Services, they were responsible for sourcing candidates for various IT positions, interacting with hiring managers, and closing deals. In February 2021, Mishra joined Xoriant US Staffing as a Senior Technical Acquisition Specialist, where they focused on recruiting and marketing GC/US Citizens, coordinating with clients and account managers, and negotiating contract terms. In April 2022, they joined Enterprise Solutions Inc. as a Sr Information Technology Recruiter, where they were involved in IT and Engineering services staffing. Currently, Mishra is working at Excelon Solutions as a Senior Technical Recruiter, starting in April 2023.

Mishra Shushant completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Civil Engineering from Invertis University. This education was obtained from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, Mishra Shushant has obtained multiple certifications in cultural competence in the workplace, diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, and unconscious bias from Traliant in September 2022.
