Gabriel Henrique Malachias has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Gabriel Henrique has held various leadership positions throughout their career. In 2004, Gabriel started as a Technical Intern at Eaton Corporation, where they specialized in experimental engineering for automotive gearboxes and played a crucial role in implementing the TPM methodology. Gabriel Henrique then moved on to work as an Electronics Technician at PST, where they developed hardware projects for automotive products. Gabriel's experience in hardware development included component sourcing, circuit design, PCB layout, prototype assembly, and testing. Gabriel Henrique also worked on validation tests following ISO and automotive industry standards. In 2013, Gabriel joined Mobly as a Customer Service Coordinator and later became a Planning and Customer Service Manager. Gabriel Henrique then worked at Kanui as a Customer Relationship Manager responsible for both Kanui and Tricae. In 2016, Gabriel transitioned to Neosolar Energia, working as a Commercial Manager. Following that, Gabriel joined Rappi in 2017 as the Head of Customer Service, leading the customer service department. Finally, starting in 2019, Gabriel has been working at Cappta, first as the Head of Customer Service and currently as the Head of Data Intelligence. Their expertise in data analysis and customer service has been valuable in these roles.

Gabriel Henrique Malachias completed their education at the Universidade Estadual de Campinas from 2009 to 2019, where they obtained a degree in Engenharia Elétrica. Prior to that, they attended COTUCA - Colégio Técnico da Unicamp from 2002 to 2005, earning a degree as Técnico Eletroeletrônico with a specialization in the general field of study.
