Erika Simonelli

Erika Simonelli is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition at Capri Holdings Limited since October 2020, overseeing recruitment for prestigious brands Versace, Jimmy Choo, and Michael Kors. Prior to this role, Erika held various positions at Michael Kors, including Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition for Corporate and Manager of Corporate Recruiting from April 2014 to September 2020. Erika's earlier career includes recruiting roles at Bloomberg LP, where full-cycle recruitment was managed for North America and Latin America, and at Page Personnel, where assistance was provided in launching the US division and managing recruitment in finance and accounting.
