Shaina Bonheur

Shaina Bonheur, MSHR, is an experienced professional in diversity and inclusion, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Global Diversity and Inclusion at Capri Holdings Limited since December 2020, where Shaina also co-leads BOLD (Black Organizers, Leaders, & Doers). Prior experience includes roles at TP ICAP from November 2015 to December 2020, including positions as Americas Co Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Network and Americas Chair of the AIM Women’s Network, alongside responsibilities as a Learning Specialist. Other relevant positions held include Director of Communications at Salvation and Social Justice, Human Resources & Operations Coordinator at Wilson RMS, Office Manager at Post Acute Partners, Administrative Assistant in Human Resources at HealthPass, General Manager at Hihat Productions, and Talent Representative Intern at BET NETWORKS. Shaina earned a BA in Communication from Rutgers University and an MS in Human Resources Management from the University of Scranton.
