Karol Bobiński is an experienced beverage professional with a robust background in spirit production, brand management, and beverage program development. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Master Distiller at SAVA GIN since May 2022, Karol plays a key role in recipe formulation, brand management, and customer relations. Additionally, as Production Manager at Caprice Holdings Ltd., Karol has been instrumental in the establishment of a centralized cocktail production site and the development of cocktail menus for international locations. Previous roles include R&D Manager at Firewater Limited, Beverage Manager at ENDO KAZUTOSHI LIMITED, and Head Bartender at Soho House & Co, among others. Karol's educational credentials include multiple diplomas from the Institute of Brewing & Distilling and the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, enhancing expertise in alcoholic beverage production and distillation.
