S. Venkatesh

Mr. S. Venkatesh, a self-driven man who exemplifies in his leadership - the belief that to do great work one must be an asset in the possible situation and to always contribute positively. He constantly strives to be better by completing every day by himself and being better than the day before. Inspiring others in tutelage to do so too.

According to Mr. Venkatesh, the employee is core to any organization and a delighted employee will be an empowered one, who in turn will make the customers and other stakeholders profitable. On the personal front, he has multiple interests and hobbies, playing numerous sports, reading, listening to music and learning, about philosophy and spirituality is of great interest to him. A strong believer in teamwork and combining all Board member's skills and knowledge should enable Paul to be an active and valuable asset to the Capricot Board.
