Tom Stacy

Tom Stacy founded T. Stacy & Associates, Inc. in 1994 as a fully integrated commercial real estate firm specializing in leasing, development, acquisition, and property management. In 2012, he partnered with Steve LeBlanc, and together they founded CapRidge Partners, LLC. CapRidge is a vertically integrated commercial real estate operator, investor, and fund manager that combines the operating platform and history of T. Stacy & Associates with the institutional investment expertise of Mr. LeBlanc.
