Andrea M. Poblete is a Senior Associate at Capright, with experience in real estate market research, analysis of market fundamentals, and asset risk characteristics since January 2016. Previously, Andrea served as an Associate and Valuation Intern, contributing to Rent Comparability Studies and composing comprehensive narrative reports. Before joining Capright, Andrea worked as an Assistant Event Coordinator at The Lange Farm, managing client accounts and event logistics, and began a career as an Office Assistant, handling customer interactions and event planning tasks. Andrea earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of South Florida and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
