Susie Allen has extensive experience in office management and human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources/Office Manager at CapRock Partners since September 2012, specializing in industrial development and investments. Prior to this role, Susie worked for 27 years at Loren Phillips & Associates, Inc./Law Offices of Loren C. Phillips as Office Manager, handling accounting and human resources in a civil engineering, land surveying, and real estate law environment. Susie Allen holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Communications and Spanish from the University of Southern California and a Master of Arts in Business Communications from the University of Southern California Annenberg School of Communications.
