Javier Monterroso

Javier Monterroso is a seasoned professional in impact investments, currently serving as Senior Director at CapShift since June 2020, with prior roles including Director, Investment Associate, and Impact Investing Fellow at the same organization. Additionally, Javier has contributed as a Board Member at Working Capital for Community Needs from December 2021 to December 2023 and held teaching assistant positions at Columbia University in courses on development practice and social value investing.
