Javier Monterroso Montenegro

Senior Director, Impact Investments at CapShift

Javier Monterroso has a diverse work experience. Javier is currently working at CapShift, starting in 2020. Javier has held several roles at CapShift, including Senior Director of Impact Investments, Director of Impact Investments, Investment Associate, Impact Investing Fellow, and Impact Investing Summer Associate.

Before their professional career, Javier Monterroso founded The Migrant Peacebuilding Project in 2012.

In addition, they obtained certification in Design, Partnering, Management, and Innovation (DPMI) from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey in June 2017.
