Jordana Fremed Pleat

Jordana Pleat has a diverse work experience spanning various fields. Jordana is currently working at CapShift as the Senior Director of Impact Investments, a role they started in March 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Impact Investments at CapShift from April 2021 to March 2022.

In 2021, Pleat also became an Advisory Board Member for the Volunteers of America (VOA) Futures Fund Community Health Incubator. This organization focuses on launching and scaling social enterprises that improve healthcare access for Medicaid and at-risk populations.

From 2017 to 2021, Pleat worked at The Bridgespan Group, starting as an Associate Consultant and progressing to become a Senior Associate Consultant and Consultant.

In 2020, they had two short-term roles. Jordana was an Alter Management Fellow at Alter Global, a venture capital firm based in Silicon Valley. Jordana also served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer at Kunduz, a startup focused on democratizing access to affordable test prep services.

Pleat began their career in 2015 as a Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs in the GSAM division. Jordana also worked as an Analyst in Business Development at visit.org from 2016 to 2017.

Throughout their career, Pleat has gained experience in impact investing, consulting, venture capital, and financial analysis.

Jordana Pleat attended Columbia University, where they pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sustainable Development and Business Management. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at The Frisch School.
