Steven Weiss

Steve Weiss has extensive experience in property management, specifically within collegiate housing. Since June 2013, Steve Weiss has served as Senior Vice President at Capstone Communities, overseeing an 894-bed cottage-style community in Boone, North Carolina, for students of Appalachian State University, following roles as Vice President, Regional Manager, and Property Manager. Prior to this, from 2008 to 2013, Steve Weiss worked at EdR Collegiate Housing as Senior Community Manager, managing three communities in Charlottesville, Virginia, for students of the University of Virginia, and held various positions including Community Manager and Assistant Community Manager at other locations. Earlier career roles include Graduate Assistant at PennWest California and Assistant Manager at Campus Advantage, along with a position as Community Assistant at JPI Companies. Steve Weiss holds a degree from PennWest California.
