Jason Koch

Jason Koch is a seasoned professional in multifamily real estate, currently serving as a Partner at Capstone Companies since February 2021, where expertise includes mentoring over 100 brokers and staff to enhance their productivity and fulfillment. As a co-founder and principal at Nexus Commercial Realty from May 2017 to February 2021, Jason focused on creating a strong network for clients in commercial real estate transactions. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Sales at Unique Properties, LLC, where Jason specialized in assisting investors within the greater Denver metro area, as well as a role as an independent real estate consultant with JAHR, LLC. Jason Koch graduated with a BS in Economics and Spanish from Wake Forest University in 2007.
