Don Ayers

Don Ayers is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in program and project management across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Technology at Capstone Green Energy since March 2014, Don has previously held roles such as Program Manager at L-3 Communications and Kavlico - A Schneider Electric Co., and Project Manager at Technicolor. Early in the career, Don gained valuable engineering experience as a Mechanical Engineer at both the Naval Air Warfare Center - Weapons and Textron Avco Lycoming. Don holds a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
