Emily Proctor

Emily Proctor, PHR, CEBS, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Capstone Logistics, LLC, since January 2024. Prior to this role, Emily held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at The Lumistella Company from March 2022 to February 2024. With extensive experience in various HR leadership roles, Emily has also served as Director of Human Resources at Meadows and Ohly, LLC, National DCP, LLC, and The Praemittias Group/Praemittias Defense Solutions. Additional experience includes working as Benefits Manager at The Praemittias Group and HR Administrator at Caraustar, as well as HR Analyst and Staff Accountant roles at MarkWest Energy Partners, L.P. and Aardex, respectively. Emily began their career as HR/Office Manager at Nichols Design Group. Emily holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Colorado Denver, completed between 2001 and 2004.
