Anderson Neighbors

After working in commercial banking for several years, Anderson joined Capstone in 2007 as a project manager for the company’s in-house general contractor. In 2010, he was promoted to Vice President of Finance with responsibility for managing the finance aspects of a wide range of on-campus and off-campus developments. In 2011, he briefly worked in the Off-Campus Development Group prior to being named Chief Operating Officer of Capstone Real Estate Investments, LLC (“CREI”) which assumed responsibility for Capstone’s acquisitions and renovations (A&R) business. In this role, Anderson is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of CREI as well as the property finance and property management functions of the company. He is a 2003 graduate of The University of the South in Sewanee, TN.
