Luca Finocchario

Luca earned his Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning and Development from the University of Southern California and brings more than 20 years of real estate management experience to his role as Executive Vice President of Property Management at Capstone Real Estate Investments. Luca’s last 11 years have been in the student sector, where he utilized the strong understanding of the fundamentals of managing real estate he developed during his time in conventional and military housing. Luca brings his broad experience of all students housing property types to Capstone, where he oversees all facets of property operations for the national student living portfolio.
