Brad Blume

Brad Blume is the President of Capstone Research Corporation, where he specializes in systems engineering for the Department of Defense, specifically in Joint Integrated Air and Missile Defense systems. Prior to his current role, he was the Group Vice President at PeopleTec, providing system engineering expertise to the Joint community. With a background in Electrical Engineering, Brad has held various leadership positions in companies such as ELMCO, CSC, and Nichols Research Corporation. His experience includes developing architectures for missile defense systems and providing technical direction for defense programs.
