Ruth McDonald

Ruth McDonald is an experienced operations manager at Capstone Technology Resources since December 2011, where focus is placed on providing quality staffing solutions for technology and engineering professionals. Prior to this, Ruth managed vendor relationships for the PG&E San Bruno Project. Ruth's extensive career at Chevron from April 1993 to December 2010 included roles such as Benefits and Payroll Team Lead, overseeing payroll and benefits for over 3,500 employees, and Price Book Supervisor, leading a team responsible for the pricing system across 500+ convenience stores. Ruth also served as a Training Assistant and Registrar, managing training registrations for more than 5,000 employees. Ruth holds a Bachelor's degree in Art from San Francisco State University, completed between 1983 and 1987.
