Rodrigo Cândido da Silva

Rodrigo Cândido da Silva is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Tech Partner at CapSur Capital since January 2020, Rodrigo has held multiple significant positions, including Tech Lead and Senior Software Engineer at Rocket Travel from August 2016 to December 2024, and Chief Software Architect at Integritas Solutions, Inc. from April 2014 to December 2021. Rodrigo has also contributed as a consultant and advisor for various companies including V.Office and as Co-Founder and CTO at Remitts. Rodrigo's career began at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, followed by roles at IBM, Red Hat, and other firms. Rodrigo holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Universidade do Vale do Itajaí and a Master of Business Administration focused on Engineering and Software Architecture from Estácio.
