Michael Ditrich

Michael Ditrich has extensive work experience in the restaurant industry. Michael began their career at Cosi, where they served as the Director of Training & Development from 2008 to 2011. Michael then became an Area Director of Operations at Cosi from 2011 to 2013. After that, they worked at Crumbs Bake Shop as a Multi Unit Director of Operations in 2013. Since 2015, Ditrich has been employed at Captain D's, starting as a Manager of Training & Development, then progressing to Director of Training & Development, and currently serving as the Senior Director of Training & Talent Acquisition.
