Sophie McGrath

Sophie McGrath is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various HR roles, currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Captify® since November 2018. In this position, Sophie provides strategic HR support to the Tech, Product, and Commercial teams, as well as European operations, while fostering alignment between people strategies and company objectives. Prior to Captify®, Sophie worked at Iris as a People Advisor and held multiple roles in HR coordination and support, beginning with an Executive Resourcer position at Love Success.
