Carmen san Martín Alarcia

Carmen San Martín Alarcia has a diverse work experience starting from their role as a Software Developer at everis in 2004. Carmen then became a Development Team Leader for the information system Fragua at everis and worked on the maintenance of electronic medical records. After that, Carmen joined IVU Traffic Technologies AG as a Project Manager, managing projects for implementing planning systems in the public transport sector. Later, they worked at IT Solutions GmbH as a Release and Test Manager for the TIS2web technical information system. Carmen then moved to CODICE Technologies as a Project Manager, and subsequently joined Emburse Captio, where they held various roles such as Project Manager, Customer Success Services Director, and SVP of Customer Success. Currently, Carmen is working at Emburse as the SVP EMEA Services, overseeing customer success in the region.

Carmen then pursued a Master's degree in Mathematics from Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea from 1998 to 2003. In 2023, they enrolled in the IE Business School Executive Education and completed a Business Essentials MasterTrack Certificate. Additionally, Carmen has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills.
