Talat Ozturk, PMP, PSM, MBA, ITIL

Talat Ozturk, PMP, PSM, MBA, ITIL has over 12 years of experience in the IT industry. Talat began their career in 2010 as an Oracle Financial Functional Consultant at Johnson Controls. In 2013, they moved to Experteam as an Oracle Functional Consultant. In 2014, Talat joined BİMSA as a Service Management Unit Manager, where they led service delivery, process management, presales, and service management application teams. Theircontributions included ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements and contracts, strengthening ITIL process management, and consulting clients on technical solutions. In 2018, Talat joined Intangent as a Lead Consultant, Senior Business Consultant, and Software Consultant. In 2021, they moved to BMO Financial Group as a Compensation Management Systems Lead and Sr. Technical Specialist. Most recently, in 2022, Talat began working at CaptivateIQ as a Manager of Professional Services.

Talat Ozturk received their Industrial Engineering degree from Isik University in 2010. In 2015, they obtained their MBA from Bahcesehir University. Talat also holds certifications from Scrum.org, IBM, PEOPLECERT, and the Project Management Institute. These include the Professional Scrum Master I (2020), IBM Cognos ICM Specialist (2018), ITIL Foundation V3 (2015), and Project Management Professional (PMP) (2015).
