Aic Jessica Hilliard-Gauthier

Jessica Hilliard-Gauthier, AIC, currently serves as Claims Service Manager at Captive Resources, LLC since February 2022, after holding the position of Associate Claims Service Manager. Prior to this role, Jessica managed claims at 7710 Insurance from March 2019 to February 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing TPA partners to ensure thorough investigations and adherence to Client Service Expectations, while also acting as a liaison among adjusters, insured individuals, agents, and internal departments. Jessica’s experience also includes serving as Team Lead for Worker's Compensation at Sedgwick from February 2015 to March 2019. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from Aurora University, obtained between 2005 and 2009.
