Amy Au

Amy Au has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Amy began their career at NYC Guitar School in 2010, where they held various roles such as Administrator, Director of Summer Rock Camp, Program Director, and Director of Operations. During their time there, they successfully managed staff, implemented marketing campaigns, and increased program revenue. In 2015, they joined General Assembly as an Experience Coordinator and later became the Education Operations Manager. In these roles, they oversaw educational programming and operations, improved the overall experience for students and instructors, and managed relationships with various stakeholders. In 2016, they worked as a Professional Organizer at Apartment Muse and as an Assistant at EGMD. Currently, they are a Senior Associate in Business Development at CAPTRUST.

Amy Au completed their high school education at Moravian Academy from 2002 to 2006 and obtained a High School Diploma. Following that, they attended New York University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree from the Tisch School of the Arts with a focus on Theatre. In addition to their formal education, Amy Au also obtained additional certifications, including Communication Foundations and Interpersonal Communication, from LinkedIn in March 2022.
