From 2009 to 2007, they were a Senior Product Manager of Investment Research at ING DIRECT, and VP of Marketing at 24acess Solutions B.V. From 2003 to 2002, they were a Senior Product Manager at ShareBuilder Corporation, and an International Marketing Consultant at Classmates.com. Finally, from 1998 to 1997, they were a Manager of Marketing Programs at eCharge Corporation, and a Producer/Consultant at TTHC Productions Inc.

Anna Kwan received their MBA in Information Technology from The University of British Columbia, their B.Sc. in Mathematics from the University of Alberta, a Technical Diploma in Computer Systems Technology from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, and a Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance Solutions IQ.
