Alana Gates

Alana Gates has a diverse work experience spanning several roles over the years. Alana began their career at Synergy Orthopedic Assisting, LLC, where they served as a Co-Owner from 2014 to 2021. Alana then joined CaptureRx in 2017 and worked their way up, starting as an Implementation Project Manager I for a year before becoming an Implementation Project Manager II. Moving forward, they took on the role of Manager, Implementation Services from 2019 to 2021 and later became the Director of Implementation and CSC from 2021 to 2022. Alana then served as the Director of Operations for a few months before being promoted to Vice President of Operations, their current position.

Alana Gates holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations/International Business from the University of South Alabama. Alana also pursued studies in International Business at Boise State University. Currently, Alana is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Organizational Leadership at Grand Canyon University, a program they started in 2021 and is expected to complete in 2023. Additionally, Alana has obtained the Apexus Advanced 340B Operations Certificate from Apexus LLC in July 2019, and they hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC).
