Mohammad Faisal Zia

Mohammad Faisal Zia is a finance professional with experience in private equity and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as an Incoming Private Equity Off-Cycle Analyst at CapVest since December 2024, Mohammad previously held the role of Private Equity Off-Cycle Analyst at I Squared Capital, where an internship extension was accepted, following a position as a Private Equity Summer Analyst. Earlier experience includes working as an M&A Research Partner at The MergerSight Group and as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Brigg Macadam. Mohammad holds a Master of Science in Finance and Private Equity from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics and Economics from the University of Warwick.
