Sugul Rasakulasingam

Sugul Rasakulasingam's work experience includes various roles in financial and customer service sectors. They started their career as an Undergraduate Assurance Auditor at the Australian National Audit Office in 2011. They then worked as an Entertainment Salesperson at JB Hi-Fi, where they were responsible for product information and sales. In 2013, they joined the Australian Government Department of Human Services as a Customer Service Officer, handling customer queries and processing benefit claims. From 2015 to 2018, Sugul worked as a Paraplanner at Financial Integrity Group and Equipsuper, respectively. They then became a Financial Planner at Equipsuper before transitioning into a Team Leader/Senior Paraplanner role. In 2019, they worked as a Financial Adviser at TAG Financial Services P/L and later as an Associate Advisor at First Financial. Since 2020, Sugul has been working as a Business Process Analyst at UniSuper, and prior to that, they worked as a Paraplanner at the same company.

Sugul Rasakulasingam received a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Financial Planning from the University of Canberra in 2012. Later, in 2016, Sugul completed an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning from Kaplan Professional. In terms of additional certifications, Sugul obtained the FASEA Financial Adviser Exam certification from the Financial Adviser Standards and Ethics Authority in July 2021. More recently, in January 2023, Sugul completed the BPM Foundations and Process Mapping Course from PRIME BPM and became a Process Mining Analyst - Foundation through the Apromore institution in July 2023.
