Brandon Parker has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Starting in 2011, they worked at Blue Cross NC, where they held multiple positions. As a Customer Solutions Expert, they created and facilitated training programs and conducted process reviews. Brandon then transitioned to the role of Business Analyst Associate, where they collaborated with key stakeholders to define and document business processes. Later on, as a Process Change Consultant, they managed content for the PMO and proactively addressed departmental changes. As a Senior Business Process Analyst, they developed a content framework using SharePoint and created documents for compliance guidelines. Brandon also served as a Team Lead for System Support Services, overseeing a team of analysts and leading process improvement initiatives. In their most recent role at Blue Cross NC, starting in 2019, they served as a Senior Program Manager, leading a multi-million dollar program and managing client relationships, vendor contracts, and improvement initiatives. In 2021, Brandon joined CAQH as a Product Manager, and later became a Senior Product Manager.
Brandon Parker attended North Carolina State University from 2005 to 2010, where they earned a degree in Psychology with a field of study in Humanities/Humanistic Studies. Additionally, they obtained a Certification in Business Analysis from the University of Colorado Denver in August 2015, and later achieved an Advanced Certification in Business Analysis from the same institution in August 2016.
