Liz Jones

Liz Jones is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate partnerships and social impact initiatives. Currently serving as Corporate Partnerships Lead at Cara Chicago, Liz focuses on creating inclusive employment opportunities while addressing talent challenges for businesses. Previous roles include Alumni Justice Ambassador at Avodah, where Liz facilitated social and economic justice curricula, and Senior Career Advancement Coordinator at One Million Degrees, establishing apprenticeship programs and supporting community college students. With a foundation in workforce development from positions at Better Boys Foundation and New Sector Alliance, Liz's early experience includes an internship at Jewish Family Service Association. Liz holds a Bachelor's Degree in Cognitive Science from Yale University.
