David Spuria

David Spuria has over 30 years of experience in the legal field. David began their career in 1985 as an Associate at Moore & Peterson. David then moved to Johnson & Gibbs in 1989 as a Jr. Partner. In 1993, they joined Weil Gotshal and Manges as a Partner. In 1997, they became the General Counsel & VP Admin at Capital Z Partners. In 2004, they became a Partner & General Counsel at Texas Pacific Group. In 2007, they Co-Founded and Managed Caragreen. Since 2009, they have been a Partner & General Counsel at Southlake Equity Group, where they invest patient capital in middle market industrial, business services and distribution businesses in the United States.

David Spuria attended the University of North Carolina School of Law from 1982 to 1985, where they obtained their JD. Prior to that, they attended American University from 1978 to 1982, where they earned a BS in Finance and Accounting.
