Albane de La Neuville has a diverse work experience in various marketing and brand management roles. Albane started their career at Johnson & Johnson as a Junior Brand Manager for Evian Affinity. Later, they joined Mondelēz International where they held multiple senior brand manager roles, including managing Cadbury tablets and biscuits in the UK market and overseeing the Belin brand in France. Albane also served as the Innovation Manager for Milka in Europe, where they were responsible for driving the innovation pipeline and launching profitable and revolutionary products. Currently, they are employed at Carambar & Co as the Marketing + R&D Director for France and International, leading a portfolio of three chocolate brands. In this role, they have achieved significant value sales both nationally and internationally.
Albane de La Neuville began their education at ESC Rouen in 2001, where they pursued a Master in Management with a focus on marketing. Albane completed this degree in 2005. In the following year, they attended HEC Paris and obtained a Master of Arts in Marketing. In 2004, they also had the opportunity to study abroad as part of the ERASMUS program at Aston University in the UK.
