Jennifer Lacey has extensive experience in the field of human resources and recruitment. Jennifer started their career at Daniel Freeman Memorial Hospital and Tele Tech Holdings as an intern before moving on to Korn/Ferry International, where they undertook internships in marketing, communication, and human resources. Subsequently, they joined Republic Financial Corporation in a temporary role. Their longest tenure was at DaVita Kidney Care, where they held various roles from Recruitment Coordinator to Sr. Manager Recruiting Operations & Innovation. Currently, they serve as the Talent Acquisition Manager and Director of People Services Operations at Caravel Autism Health.

Jennifer Lacey attended the University of Denver from 2003 to 2007, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Management.
