Aliza Dason has recently joined Caravel Law LLP as a Counsel, where they are practicing in association, not in partnership, with the firm. Aliza'srole involves providing corporate/commercial legal services, which include SaaS agreement review, information technology, privacy and data security, copyright matters, procurement, and vendor management. Prior to joining Caravel Law LLP, Aliza worked as a Student at Law at Macdonald Sager Manis LLP from September 2015 to July 2016. Aliza also gained experience as a Student Caseworker at Queen's Legal Aid from September 2013 to April 2014 and as a Summer Student at ARCH Disability Law Centre from June 2013 to August 2013.
Aliza Dason's education history began in 2006 when they enrolled in York University. Aliza pursued a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Sociology and completed the program in 2011. In 2010, they participated in an exchange program at Monash University and earned exchange credits, although the field of study is not specified. Following their undergraduate studies, Aliza attended York University again in 2011 and 2012, this time pursuing a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Critical Disability Studies.
