Francis Manalili

Francis Manalili has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Francis is currently working at Caraway Home as a Team Lead. Prior to that, they worked at Boldr as a Team Lead. Francis also has experience at Aterian (NASDAQ: ATER) where they worked as a Customer Service Lead for four years. Additionally, Francis worked at Quality Media as a Project Manager and at Golive! Mobile in various roles including Project Manager, Project Coordinator, and Copywriter. Francis also worked at TableCard as a Project Manager. Overall, Francis has extensive experience in customer service, project management, and team leadership.

Francis Manalili attended the De La Salle - College of St. Benilde from 2001 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Export Management. In addition to their formal education, Francis also obtained certifications from Gladly Academy in May 2023, including the New Agent/Customer Service Hero certification and the New Manager certification.
