Helena Dunphy

Helena Dunphy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), currently serving as the Global HRIS Lead at Carbery Group since March 2022. Prior to this role, Helena spent nearly two decades at Pfizer, holding various positions including Senior Manager for Global HR Information Systems, where responsibilities encompassed security administration, data management insights, and HR data standardization initiatives across multiple regions. Earlier experience includes work as a PeopleSoft Systems Analyst at Honeywell, where Helena provided support for the European Service Centre and developed PeopleSoft applications. Helena holds a Bachelor of Science in Commercial Software Development, a National Certificate in Commercial Computing, and a National Diploma in Commercial Computing from Waterford Institute of Technology.
