Iria Grundling

Dr. Iria Grundling is a seasoned professional in protein production and engineering, currently serving as the Head of Protein Production & Engineering at CarboCode since December 2020. In this role, Dr. Grundling prioritizes and coordinates projects, oversees fermentation and downstream processing, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
