Alicia Seoane-Ireland

Alicia Seoane-Ireland is the Managing Partner at Carbon Search, an executive search firm focused on hiring senior leaders. Prior to her current role, she worked as a Conference Producer at IQPC Ltd and as a Graduate Trainee at Rolls-Royce. Alicia earned her BSc in Management Studies from Brunel University London.
