Rasvan Mihai Ph.D.

Rasvan Mihai Ph.D. has held numerous roles in the engineering and program management fields since 1997. Rasvan began their career at Alpha Technologies Ltd. as an Electrical Design Engineer, then moved to Electronics Design Engineer, and then back to Electrical Design Engineer. In 2000, they took on a Consultant role at Wireless 2000 and an Electrical Engineering Manager role at Cellex Power Products. In 2007, they became the Electrical Engineering Manager at Plug Power Canada Inc. and in 2010, they took on the role of R&D Program Manager at Analytic Systems Ware. In 2012, they became Program Manager at Alpha Technologies and in 2014, they were appointed Senior Engineering Program Manager at Escudo Power - a subdivision of Escudo Industries. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Director Electrical Engineering & Controls at CarbonCapture Inc.

Rasvan Mihai Ph.D. received their M.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Bucharest between 1985 and 1990, and their Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest between 1985 and 1990. Rasvan then obtained their Ph.D. in ElectroMagnetics from Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iași in 1998, and their Doctor of Philosophy in Electromagnetics and Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iași between 1990 and 1996.
