Michael Libenson

Michael Libenson is the Co-Founder and CEO of Carbon Counts. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Quotient Technology Inc., and before that, the President of SavingStar, Inc. Michael has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry and has held various leadership positions throughout their career. Michael began their career as a consultant at Monitor Company and Monitor Deloitte before moving on to Organizational Dynamics, Inc. as a Research Associate. In 2000, they joined Upromise, Inc. as Senior Vice President, General Manager of Upromise Grocery Services. Under their leadership, Upromise Grocery Services grew to become one of the largest online grocery platforms in the United States. In 2010, Michael co-founded SavingStar, Inc., a digital coupons company that was acquired by Quotient Technology Inc. in 2018. Michael has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Michael Libenson has an MBA from Harvard Business School, an M.Sc. in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and a BA in Political Science with distinction from Boston University.
