Tonje Norheim has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tonje started their career as a Summer Intern, Business Analyst at Shell in 2010, and later interned at McKinsey & Company in 2012. Norheim then joined Shell as a Retail Network Delivery Analyst for a brief period before returning to McKinsey & Company as a Business Analyst. Tonje worked there until 2014, gaining valuable experience in the consulting field. In 2015, Norheim worked as a Box Manager at Try The World. Tonje then rejoined McKinsey & Company in 2016, first as an Associate and later as an Engagement Manager until 2022. Their most recent role is at Carbon Crusher, where they have held the positions of Vice President of Business Development since 2022 and is currently serving as Vice President of Product from January 2023 onwards.
Tonje Norheim earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Columbia Business School, from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics at UCL from 2008 to 2011. Tonje Norheim also attended Ulsrud Videregående Skole from 2006 to 2008, where they studied Business, Maths, and English as part of their General Studies. Tonje began their higher education at Foss Videregående Skole from 2005 to 2006, also studying Business, Maths, and English as part of their General Studies.
